Terms of use
Conditions for accessing the website and using Saddl3 research.

Draft — contact details pending confirmation.
The service
Saddl3 is a Connecticut-based publication providing analysis of public drug-development evidence. These terms concern the Saddl3 website and its operator, referred to as Saddl3, we or us. Indication summaries are publicly accessible; target landscapes currently require authorized login. A login does not establish a professional advisory relationship.
These terms describe the conditions on which we make the website and our original content available. Any separately agreed written license or service agreement governs where it conflicts with these terms. Payment, subscription or API rights require the terms expressly provided for that offering; access to the website alone grants no such rights.
Use of the research
The content is general research information. It is not personalized medical, investment, legal or tax advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a determination of trial eligibility, or an offer to transact in a security. You are responsible for evaluating its relevance and verifying material information with primary sources and appropriately qualified professionals.
Rankings reflect the methodology and evidence identified on the page. They do not establish the best treatment for an individual, statistical superiority between separate trials, or an investment's suitability. Investigational programs may never obtain approval. The Disclosures page explains further limitations.
Access and permitted use
You may read the website for personal or internal professional research and share links to its pages. You may quote reasonable excerpts of Saddl3's original analysis with clear attribution and a link, subject to applicable law and any separate license. Preserve source credits, dates and qualifications so that an excerpt does not misrepresent the analysis.
This permission does not authorize resale, bulk republication or distribution of protected Saddl3 content, sharing private credentials, bypassing access controls, impersonation, or interference with the service. Automated bulk access and redistribution require an applicable license. These conditions do not restrict rights that applicable law independently gives you, or claim ownership of facts or third-party material.
Sources and intellectual property
Saddl3's original text, presentation and other protectable material remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party material, marks and linked services belong to their respective owners. A citation does not imply affiliation or endorsement, or grant permission to reuse the cited material. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
For a correction or rights concern, provide the page URL, the material at issue and the supporting source or explanation using the contact below. We may correct, qualify or remove content after review.
Availability and changes
Coverage, features and access may change, and the service may be interrupted. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse, subject to any separate agreement and applicable law. Content may be corrected or superseded; a page's date describes its stated review or source date and does not guarantee a complete real-time record.
We will date changes to these terms and give any notice or obtain any agreement required by law or an applicable contract. Changes do not retroactively waive rights or authorize new uses of previously collected personal information.
Warranties and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Research involves uncertainty and may contain errors even when sources and analytical methods are identified.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saddl3 and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or investment opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law
Connecticut law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you remain effective. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
