Scope
This notice describes how Saddl3 handles information in connection with browsing the website, accessing target landscapes and contacting us. Published clinical-trial data describes research evidence; it is not information about the health of a website visitor. The website does not ask readers to identify as patients or provide a medical history.
Information we receive
Our hosting and security systems receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including requested URLs, IP addresses, browser information, request times and authentication outcomes. Application security records can include an IP-derived hash and approximate network prefix. Our security logger retains a referring site's origin, rather than its full referring path or query. Hosting providers may separately maintain request logs.
Our current audience analytics record a temporary session identifier, a broad browser or recognized-agent category, timestamps, view counts and the first and last section visited, such as Indications or About. These analytics use section names rather than individual drug pages or URL query strings. We do not use these records to infer a visitor's diagnosis, medication use or treatment intentions.
Program filtering within the current ranking page runs in your browser and does not send a search event to our analytics service. An older trial-search feature collected search terms, filters, page paths and a browser identifier. That collection has been retired; historical records may remain subject to the retention practices below.
If you log in, we process the credentials you submit to verify access and issue a signed session cookie. If you contact us, we receive your contact details and message. Please do not send medical records, account passwords or information about another person's health.
Purposes and recipients
We use information to deliver the website, control access, understand aggregate section usage, investigate misuse, respond to messages and requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell visitor information or use it for advertising selected from activity across unrelated websites in the current service.
Information is handled by hosting, database, security and communications providers as needed to perform those services, and may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or investigate abuse. The application's database and session records use Supabase. A business transfer may involve relevant records, subject to applicable law and the protections governing those records. Linked source websites receive information under their own practices when you visit them.
Automated tools may help extract, translate and analyze public research sources. The website does not send visitor analytics or login credentials to these research tools or use that information to train large language models. A research source being processed by an analytical tool is distinct from a visitor's browsing data.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described above, taking into account operational needs, security investigations, requests, applicable legal requirements and any necessary preservation of records. Cookie expiry does not delete database records or backups. Historical analytics and provider backups may remain until they are removed under the applicable retention and backup processes; we do not promise that all server records expire with a browser session.
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. We operate from the United States; service providers may process information in other locations under their applicable arrangements.
Your requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. Contact us using the address below to make a request or appeal a decision. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf where permitted. We will respond within the applicable legal deadlines and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We may need reasonable information to verify a request and locate relevant records. A short-lived session identifier may not let us connect a record to your email or name. We will not request medical information merely to process a privacy request. If you disagree with our response, request a review through the same contact; you may also contact the privacy regulator or attorney general with jurisdiction over your request.
Children and changes
Saddl3 is a general research publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We will update the date of this notice when our practices change and provide any additional notice, choice or consent required by law. Advertising or a separately offered payment service may require additional disclosures before it is introduced. This notice does not authorize undisclosed new uses of previously collected data.
Audience analytics preference
Audience analytics are on where eligible public visits are measured.
This controls future audience measurement in this browser. It does not delete existing records or disable authentication and security logs.
